Days 2 & 3

Due to the power failure last night I was not able to comment on yesterday's ride until now. If you ever wanted to ride a motorcycle on a roller coaster this is the place. Sharp turns, wide turns, drops, and hills, the Three Sisters ride has it all. And while you're riding your tail off, all around you is some of the most beautiful country in the US. This was our longest day on this trip with 8 hours of riding. We did take some time out for the Lone Star Motorcycle Museum in Vanderpool and it was worth every minute. The ride ended switching on reserve just as we entered Bandera.

Day 3, riding with the "Rock Star"

After a great breakfast at the OST restaurant, we gassed up and headed off to Gruene. Everywhere we go, somebody wants to take a picture or ask questions about Jimmy's bike. Even little kids are drawn to him checking out the "Cool Guy" on the black bike. Had lunch in Gruene and rode to Luckenbach on some winding roads that drop into a gorgeous valley. After pictures and a drink we finished the day riding to Marble Falls. If you can ride motorcycles in heaven, this area is where they modeled it after.
